A stone's throw from Safjällets illuminated running track for a nice run/walk. Just 100 meters from an exquisite bakery (open Mon-Sat). The apartment has a 120 cm bed and a 160 cm wide sofa bed. Here you live in a fresh apartment of 45 sqm with an open floor plan. Bedroom with bedside tables and bedside lamps, as well as space to set up a crib if needed. The kitchen has seating for four and access to a high chair. The bathroom has a shower. The living room has a sofa bed and a cupboard where bed linen for the sofa bed is stored, it is already made with fitted sheets. There is TV and WiFi. Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)
