Ground floor of our family home, a large villa with a garden. It is located 1 km walk from the beach, on a route that is very well served by taxis. Many shops nearby, as well as restaurants at the end of the street. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a cistern that ensures you have running water at all hours (water outages are common in Tunisia). A large above-ground swimming pool (ø 5.5 m x 1.1 m deep) is installed in the garden during the summer.

The house has all the means of comfort, all the bedrooms have AC and are well equipped. The pool is reserved only for the tenants of this house. Guaranteeing us calm, tranquility and security.
