A through hallway leads to the bedroom with 2 beds, the toilets, the shower room, the living room including a dining area, equipped kitchen, the living room with a new comfy sleeping sofa and finally access to a furnished outdoor terrace.

Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Its large covered terrace welcomes you with a plancha and barbecue.

This spacious house has a heated salt water swimming pool, 7 large bedrooms (all with air conditioning), two lounges, large kitchen with dining table and a games room. Outside there are numerous terraces to dine, and take in the views. Perfect for large groups and multiple families.

You could choose to sit, unwind, cool off in the crystal clear pool, relax in a hammock, soak in the wood-fired hot tub or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles...

Air-conditioned attic

These attic arranged in 2020, above my main home, have totally independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
