Loft holiday rentals in Monroe County

I stayed here for a few nights and it was perfect. The space is clean and cozy and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Brickell/public transportation. Susi is also a great communicator and made check in etc. super seamless.

Gregory, was an excellent host, he was super nice. The perfect location and easy to get around. Public transportation around the corner. The apartment was nice with a balcony over looking the beautiful pool . I was visiting family and would stay here again. Thank you Gregory

We had a wonderful stay at Phillip and Suzy’s very cosy bungalow in Coconut Grove. The bungalow was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and the hospitality was exceptional. Phillip and Suzy are the perfect host. Always responsive and very helpful the place is perfectly located on a quiet side street, it’s within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and the marina. The backyard is a serene oasis, with palm trees providing a secluded retreat after a busy day exploring the area. Highly recommend!

My fiance and i found exactly what we needed, a nature focused getaway. The house is filled with handmade wood craftsmanship, clean and cozy furniture and sheets, as well as books and maps to guide us in our journey here. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. Juan was extremely flexible and allowed us to check in about 2 hours early once the place was ready. This was the first time we’ve ever met a host in person, he met me and my partner in the lobby to give us clear instructions In person and to show us how to utilize the key for the apartment. He gave my and my partner a quick tour of the apartment and showed us where the clean towels were, trash bin, kitchen utensils, etc. He even let us glance on the balcony and pointed out some dope restaurants! I would absolutely stay here again because everything was walking distance for the most part or extremely close such as bayside market place, Wynwood, etc! It’s super easy to catch an uber or Lyft right in front of the condo. If you are thinking about renting a car just note that parking can be a little expensive but we only rented a car for one day. The apartment was spotless, the laundry was easy to do, and we would always come back! Thanks Juan

Raquel was super communicative and we appreciated her helpfulness. The place was nice, could have been a bit more clean but Raquel was unable to come in-between the previous guest and us since she was out of town, so that was probably why. Everything else was great!

I loved this spot. It was very close to Duval Street. Cortney was responsive, kind and helpful. I had to reach out with questions about parking and she was prompt and informed. I forgot my luggage in a rush to leave and they were kind enough to reach out and set it safely aside for me. Highly recommend

Our experience during Easter was excellent. Maria was very attentive, I support us with everything we needed. There was never any inconvenience during our stay as everything had been prepared in advance! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Both bathrooms work perfectly as well as air conditioning. The view of the apartment is spectacular and the apartment itself is very cozy. I would definitely stay at this same apartment again on a future occasion.

Enjoyed my stay ! Will book again if I come back to Miami!

This is the cutest little space! They have truly thought of everything. Very comfortable, quiet inside, amazing location. Will definitely stay again when back in Key West.
