Following the recent introduction of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during restricted hours. Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Just 20 minutes by car you can reach Rasiglia 'the little Umbrian Venice', Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto.

Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
