Diego was a very pleasant and discreet host.. We felt very comfortable in the apartment for the extended weekend, the two-story apartment is very stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space, a great infrastructure and a beautiful view of the hills of the hinterland !)

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

This was a breathtaking area. The photos don't do it justice, beautiful in each and every direction. Upon arrival we were in awe of the views and that remained for each and every day at the property. There's secure parking for your car, which we appreciated. The property was very clean and homely, which made it easy to settle into. Norma and her family were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided us with lists of great recommendations. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy some spectacular views or need a base for an adventure in Tuscany, look no further!

It was the best vacation in Tuscany. The villa is in a quiet place, away from the road. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a single bed, a living room with a kitchen, where there is a folding sofa and a shower. All bedrooms are separate. On the ground floor there is a shower, kitchen, bedroom entrance, but there is access to the street, so you can find everything separately and a far bedroom with its own bathroom and also with a separate entrance. Kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities. Outside grill, jacuzzi, tennis table. Special attention to the host, responds instantly, responds kindly to all requests, very responsive. Giacomo, thank you very much. We had a group of 15 people, 9 adults and 5 children, everyone is delighted. There are Conad and Coop shops in the area in 8 min. drive, Florence 50 km, many restaurants. And the nature is east. Suitable for groups of people who want to relax, enjoy Tuscany. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

Amanda's apartment provided a warm, comfortable, and well-appointed home for a month in Castiglion Fiorentino. The laundry room, large kitchen, and private outdoor space were the perfect amenities for an extended stay for a couple. Part way through our trip, we had friends rent the attached apartment and we opened the adjoining doors so we could play cards in front of the fire in the evenings. Amanda arranged occasional cleanings during our stay, as well as organizing cars to/from the train station on our arrival and departure. This is a beautiful, safe, and walkable hill town with fantastic restaurants, museums, churches, and shops that were open even in the off season. The people, town, and food were warm and wonderful. We began Italian language lessons while there and became regulars at the Cafè Le Logge with its incredible view. We took regular daytrips by train to Arezzo or Florence, and by bus or car to Cortona and Chiusi. We could have stayed a month longer! Amanda was amazing!
