The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.
