Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . Studio in Zermatt very good location, very quite no through traffic, access with electro taxi, you can easily walk from train staion, which will take you 15 min there is a little hill involved. Walking to the Sunnegga Ski- station will take you 10mins, this is a small Studio approx 18m2, the fold down bed is of good quality and gives a comfy sleep.

This lovely/downtown studio, named Comet , is located in Haus Gornera. It is newly renovated and ideal for 2. Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Cosy apartment in central Champoluc

Fantastic location in the centre of Champoluc next to all the shops and restaurants. You only have to cross the road to get to the slopes. The apartment is newly renovated with a cosy log burning fire, a large kitchen and comfy beds with warm white duvets. The 2 bathrooms will help everyone get to the slopes on time. No need for a car, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The private driveway makes the apartment nice calm and there is free parking outside your door.

We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!
