This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).Tourist tax (€6.25 per person/per night) IS INCLUDED in the nightly price.

My apartment is located in Barcelona's Eixample (*downtown) It is located in the L'Eixample district, the birthplace of modernism and the stately architecture of downtown Barcelona, surrounded by shops, restaurants and minutes away from impressive tourist attractions, such as Plaza de Catalunya or La Rambla. Metro 2 min away everything works perfectly, it's a very comfortable and peaceful place, parties or noise are not possible

LOVELY APT. WITH TERRACE NEAR LAS RAMBLAS

I am sure that you will enjoy your stay in my apartment because it is very comfortable and convenient. It has a lot of light in all the rooms and that together with the minimalist decoration makes it very harmonious. And being able to rest on the terrace and sunbathe is priceless.
