The beach is only a 10-minute walk away! We offer free airport/seaport pickup, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine to make your stay comfortable. Need help exploring? We can arrange local tours, hiking adventures, or taxi services for you. A rental Jeep is also available for an additional daily rate.

Idyllic location on the cliff with fabulous all round views. Very comfortable, private and self-contained downstairs apt. with full kitchen, private pool & plenty of outside seating. (Owners will be upstairs). Available November - March. Price based on 2 person occupancy & includes: airport pick-up & drop -off; arrangement of car hire; arrangement of driving licence; simple home made supper on arrival with wine/beer; basics supplied in fridge (drinks & provisions for first breakfast).

Because it is west-facing, sunset cocktails on either of the 60ft balconies or pool deck are a must. The Clubhouse

Welcome to Montserrat's first eco-conscious clubhouse by the sea. We are located on the northwest coast of our small but incredible island, in the centre of the Little Bay, steps away from the surf. We are only five minutes drive from the the new town “ brades’ , and just 3 mins walk to Marine Village, a collection of small bars, a couple restaurants an a dive shop. The Clubhouse is nestled between coconut trees in the heart of our beach community.

One of 2 new fully furnished units with Refrigerator, Cooker, Washing Machine, Cable Ready Television and Wifi Access. Within walking distance from two supermarkets and at least three restaurants if you desire to dine out at any time. There is also access to a Bus or Taxi service if prefer not to drive yourself. However, parking is available if you chose to drive.
