Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded by other quality homes, this recently refurbished home is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, close to Splash Town and local cafes. There is plenty of off street parking and also vehicle access to the fully enclosed backyard for a boat or caravan. A boat ramp, golf courses, beaches and jetties are all close by. Come relax and enjoy all Moonta Bay has to offer.

Moonta's town centre is a 5 minute drive away with so many cool things to do, places to see, and cafes to eat in. This is probably one of the best value for money places in the Copper Coast.

A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.
