A very welcoming host with two little sons whose perfectly equipped playroom was completely available. Accommodation next to the Zoo and a few minutes by trolleybus from the center. The place was very quiet.

I recommend this place to all ten. Everything looked like in the photos, the apartment was furnished with everything you need for a few days. Very quiet area and very close to the city (about 5-8 minutes by car). The owner was more than great! He even let us stay longer for an additional fee. In the morning, the sun deck was great, and even a cuddly kitty came to visit us. Really all great! I recommend and thank you!

I can't praise enough this accomodation! This cozy and spacious apartment has probably the best equipped kitchen that I have ever seen in any airbnb (and I've seen a lot!). We liked the fact, that the building was built recently, and all interiors, including the flat, are fresh new. A parking place in the underground garage is a nice bonus, however parking a big car on not-so-wide steel parking platform requires little manoeuvring :) Good news in this regard: If you came for skiing on Praded Mountain Range, there is no need to get your car out of the garage every day, as the KarlovaStudanka-Ovcarna shuttle bus stops on its way up every HH:52 literally in front of the builiding (where HH means every full hour).

Superb central location, large historical flat, easy check-in and communication with guest. Definitely recommended.

The apartment was GREAT !!! New, clean, welcoming, well furnished. The relationship with the host is perfect. Shops, restaurants, cafes... all nearby. Parking in the underground enclosed parking lot was very pleased. I recommend.

Lovely place to stay, as described. We loved it. The host responded almost immediately when we needed anything. We skied in the next town, within a 10-minute drive. Great for us. Recommended.

I appreciate the self check-in,parking in front of the house. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The only defect in beauty was the cigarette smoke in the bathroom from previous guests😔, however, we were notified of this in advance.

The accommodation is in a great location near the center of Olomouc, it is really beautiful, we improved our fitness when climbing to the loft. A bit of a disadvantage in the hot summer is a very heated bedroom. We had a great stay. Thank you

Everything was perfectly fine. A spacious, clean apartment with nothing missing. A few steps by public transport and a few minutes by supermarket. The next time I visit Ostrava, I will be happy to stay here again.

Easy booking, quick confirmation, good directions/check-in, centrally located in a new development, apartment was as described in the pictures and clean and tidy. Despite the large construction site at your doorstep, no construction noise. A small floor lamp in the living room and bedroom may still be missing. Thank you Michal for hosting.

Comfortable place to stay, great deal🙂

We felt good at Mr. Roman's place and most importantly, it was safe in what location we were in. The apartment building was also great. I am very respectful of parking that is behind the gate and no one else has access to it, as well as cameras in the property. As for the cleanliness of the apartment, it would need a good job, but I'm cleaning like a monk or less demanding is definitely enough. Otherwise, the apartment was relatively fine.

Nice and cosy apartment, very close to grocery store Hruska, walkable to local bakery and in the middle of Jeseniky mountains. We enjoyed visiting close ski resorts (15-40 minutes by car). For a start with little kids we recommend Annaberg, as they gain confidence we enjoyed Ski Karlov and Ski Koprivna. We definitely want to come back in summer to explore some hiking trails in Jeseniky.

Amazing apartment. Just like the pictures. The advantage of a seamless self-check-in process with a key safe. I also appreciate the free parking right in front of the building.

I'm very happy with my stay. The lady was very friendly and whenever we needed help, she provided her. You can count on privacy and relaxation. I recommend the place 100%, I think this is the perfect place to rest and meet great people.
