The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Great family space that's close to shopping, dining, park, etc. Enjoy comfy bedrooms and sitting areas. Also great for grouping family & friends to share an inviting, comfortable space that's sure to please. Has kitchen appliances, dining ware and cookware. Washer and dryer. Wifi & Netflix available for an additional charge of $35/stay. Large front porch and amazing backyard with covered entertaining area and patio to enjoy.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
