Our home features a fully fenced back yard for children and pets. There is a charcoal grill available for guests. We are 30 minutes from some of the best golf courses in the state, Crossville. We are located within minutes of both State and Federal parks for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, horseback riding or just enjoying the great outdoors! The city of Wartburg is located just 10 minutes to our south for convenient grocery shopping or dining. And the city of Oak Ridge is an additional 20 minutes away.

It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. 5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can ride directly from the house 10 mins to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes
