Riad Jaseema is the perfect place for a cosy getaway with friends and family – you can also enjoy it on your own. It’s a quiet space within a busy city, so it’s really perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. We’ve renovated Riad Jaseema with a light atmosphere in mind, but still with a love for local craftsmanship and unique items for a modern Marrakech style.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This memorable riad is anything but ordinary with a chic design approach centred around a circular patio and staircase whose walls have been clad in a mesmerising arrangement of traditional red bricks. To balance this design feature the rest of the riad has been finished with off-white tadelakt and white bejemat tiles. The place feels both light and airy, and the beautiful rooftop terrace includes a pool to soothe the senses.

Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

In the heart of our property, we rent a charming oriental pavilion, independent, in the lush and exotic gardens of a 19th century villa, located in the residential and very popular district of Marshan in the center of Tangier, 10 minutes' walk from the Kasbah. Large private pool to share with the owners. The "Amazonas" villa is located in a royal perimeter, so extremely secure. Easy parking. Breakfast (from 8:30 am), cleaning and linen included.

Villa Louda, 7min from Sidi Kaouki Beach

Charming Family Villa, 2levels, independent, spacious, well illuminated, a big private pool of 75m² and a beautiful garden. Located on the countryside, 16km from Essaouira on Sidi Kaouki rd, it has a luxurious finish, chimney, open fire place in the garden, olive and fruit trees and two beautiful Terraces with pergolas. Modern and peaceful. Airport at 6.5km and shops and a supermarket at 10min. You will need a vehicle to get around.

Traditional palace

A traditional little palace within 10 minutes walk from the entrance of the Medina. The house is close to a pharmacy and grocery store. A PRIVATE HOUSE YOU WON'T SHARE WITH OTHER GUESTS. Completely renovated in 2024 in keeping with Moroccan architecture combining modernity and tradition, the Lala Chicha Riad is a haven of peace! Ideally located, the Lala Chicha Riad is next to the Place des Épices, the souks and 10 minutes from the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The riad has a heated pool on the terrace on request (November to March).

The Riad La Clé de la Médina is composed of 4 Suites & Bedrooms (capacity up to 11 adults) We provide cribs. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The rooms and suites open onto a patio with a pool and our palm tree. We have 2 panoramic terraces overlooking the Atlas and Koutoubia where we serve breakfast and romantic dinners under the stars.
