Great small space for a night away. Everything was tidy and well cared for. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and lots of extras. Host was also very helpful & thoughtful. Definitely recommend!

The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. We were in walking distance to the ESU graduation. Christine was a great host and I’m thankful she allowed us to stay at her home.

We brought a trip of twelve 7th and 8th grade students to Topeka for a school trip, and all twelve kids and five adults fit in this home comfortably. There was room to spread out and keep the two genders separated. The adults all had rooms. The bed that I used was comfortable. The kids liked being able to explore the space and found a pond nearby. We utilized the fire pit and made s'mores, which was also a fun experience with the students. The kitchen was nice to be able to prepare dinner for our group on Friday. We used the oven to cook pizza. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Topeka with this group. The home is a wonderful old farmhouse with lots of character and is well-kept. the property is also well kept with the hosts being very responsive to inquiries.

Lynn and Charlie, Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful and peaceful place in the country. All that stayed live in the country so it was definitely home away from home for us! Hopefully we will get to come back next year and stay again. Great place and thank you two again! Kendall

Laura was a great host! A few friends and I came to Emporia for a disc golf weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was within short driving distance to some of the best disc golf in Kansas. And we really enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit in the evening after a long day of disc. Would definitely stay again.

Middle Creek Ranch is incredible! So private and peaceful! It was the perfect place to leave the noise and busyness, and reconnect with the kids. Thank you, Lisa and Tim. We will definitely be back!
