Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Moselle

Stéphane offers an idyllic accommodation, whose setting and amenities are particularly conducive to calm and relaxation. It offers a rare combo: sauna, Finnish bath, fireplace, garden with pond; which makes the stay particularly warm and comfortable. Everything is well thought out, and you can feel the care of the place. Despite some small connection and electricity problems (central breaker not known in advance) at check-in that took a little time to resolve, Stéphane was very accurate in his guidelines and very honest in the compensation he naturally offered following the inconvenience caused. We are serious about coming back, maybe over a longer period (it was hard to leave!).

Nothing but great things to say about Janina’s home. It is beautiful with a spacious living area and kitchen. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the surrounding area is quiet with lots to do nearby. The hosts are communicative and supportive and they helped my family and I explore the best of the region. We had a wonderful time, it was a perfect stay.

This house is the home of a loving family. You immediately feel comfortable, safe and welcome. The photos show the house and the property very accurately. We were 4 adults and two lively boys (5 and 1) . The kids had a lot of fun with the trampoline, the garden, the swings and of course the pool. The only downside was the noisy highway, I recommend ear protection for the night. Amélie was great, gave great tips, responded to every question immediately. 🙏 thank you! We stayed in Nancy (10 min) in Metz (30 min), walking in a beautiful park with large playground and duck pond... the week flew by! The house is highly recommended.

From we entered the apartment we were impressed by the beautiful panoramic view. The house is stylish and cozy and was super clean. Everything you need is there. We felt right at home. There was also a bottle of water and coffee cups ready. The beds are nicely made up and the towels are ready for use. The sun was shining for a whole week so we could gratefully use the sunny terrace. We loved the indoors and outdoors. We have a wonderful week on it and would very much like to come back to this pearl!

Our stay in Birkenwald was a lovely experience. The cottage, located in a very quiet environment, is comfortable, extremely clean and very well arranged. Everything is decorated with taste. My family and I can only recommend staying with Matthieu who is an ideal host: friendly, helpful, welcoming, attentive, responsive. We'll be happy to come back to Birkenwald for a stay at La Grange.

We had a very nice week. It is a very large house with a very special design. There is plenty of storage space available. The large bathroom has a nice large bath and separately a good shower and extra toilet. The bedrooms for our adolescents were very nice made with the beds on an elevation. Maybe not so suitable for very small children. For these 2 rooms there is a private bathroom en suite with a shower and toilet. It is a great location for trips and hikes and to just laze around. Kirsten and Hans-Werner are top hosts where nothing is too much to ask. They respond very quickly and are very friendly. We felt completely at home here.

We are thrilled. Our stay was super quiet, super nice just the right thing to switch off for a few days and enjoy the peace and quiet of fresh air, forest hikes and good food. The apartment was spotless. I would give 6 stars if there were 6 stars. Supermarkets only 10 minutes by car, a few tourist attractions can also be found in the immediate area. The apartment has attention to detail, a concept, someone who has put emphasis on atmosphere and consistency. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much. We had been there 2 years before. The cottage is very comfortable and the environment very pleasant.

Great place to stay! We were in Gold & Black apartment but there are also other apartments with different styles. It looked and felt amazing to be inside. Everything is squeaky clean, modern and just recently renovated. There is also fast internet available along Netflix and Amazon Prime Apartment is just minutes away by car to the supermarkets and Metz city center. However if you prefer public transport than there is a bus stop right in front of the building There is a pizzeria, bakery, restaurant/bar, small convenience store and petrol station just 1 minute away. Also there are amazing walking routes you can take if you are into walking trips Stephanie and Kevin are great hosts! They are super friendly and responsive. I have stayed with my girlfriend for 1 month at Stephanie’s and Kevin’s place and I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Very welcoming host who makes your check-in with great attention and makes sure that there is nothing missing in his apartment: in a word, nothing to plan, just put your bags down! The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfortable and located in a very quiet residence. We particularly appreciated the elevator as well as the free parking space in the basement. We particularly recommend Nathanael's place and will not hesitate to book her apartment again for an upcoming stay in Nancy.

We spent 2 great weeks in the apartment and always felt very comfortable. Silvia and Manfred were always available and very helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything it needed. The layout of the rooms was very successful. In particular, the warm oven has prepared us cozy hours. It has large windows and doors everywhere overlooking the park. The park around the apartment invited you to walk, especially in snow. We received great tips for excursions and museums. We will be happy to visit Silvia and Manfred and their three cats again.

We stayed at Thomas’ apartment only for a night, but enjoyed it tremendously. The apartment is vey private, in a small village. We had a very calm night. The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities. We would definitely like to come again for the hikes.

Jean was an extremely accommodating host with a very nice and clean home. He went out of his way to make reservations for lunch for us in a nearby restaurant (which was great as well). He was also super flexible with check-in and out. We had no issues during the few days we spent there with 12 people. It is a very quiet, quaint, and peaceful location and it felt like home. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting close access to Strasbourg and the Alsace Region. Definitely stay here!

This was a beautiful home. Lots of light and beautiful views of the back yard. Plenty of space and all the appliances that were needed. The host was very respectful and responsive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Eve's place makes all wishes come true. A large and hot hot tub, a large garden with pool many play opportunities for young and old. We felt very comfortable!! You should think about slippers in winter, as there is no underfloor heating and the floor gets a little cold. We will be happy to come back.

The villa is beautiful and very functional, we had a very pleasant weekend thanks to the high standard of all these amenities.

The place was exactly what we were looking for! The fenced big yard was perfect for our dog running around. No stairs in the house so perfect for our toddlers running around. Everything was perfectly functional. And host was available to answer all our questions when we texted him. We will most probably rent this place again in the future!
