The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Voici l’histoire, l’histoire de cet ancien appartement. Ce loft date de 1783. À cette date, je n’étais pas née. Mais mes ancêtres, m’ont transmis leur héritage, d’ailleurs je les en remercie. For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Enjoy a moment for two in our wellness-focused loft with its private sauna and Jacuzzi. Located in the center of Theux, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. But you can also discover the surrounding nature from the accommodation, with multiple marked walks for pedestrians and cyclists.
