There is also now a Brewhouse just up the road. Our place is in the perfect part of Broulee to enjoy everything this awesome surf village has to offer. It is also 10 minutes to Mogo Zoo and 20 minutes to Batemans Bay. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Sorry no schoolies. Strictly no pets.

Somerset Stables is set on a small rural holding with access to the Mogo state forest, close proximity to the beach and Mogo village and is within walking distance to Mogo Zoo. It has modern decor, rich timber floors, vaulted ceilings and is self contained to be comfortable. The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. 2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.

With recent renovations, this 1950s 3-bed cottage is now spacious, light-filled and fitted out with quality furnishings and inclusions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps six with two queen and two single beds. Linen is included.
