Entrance to outerwear. Please note! Not kitchen, but: Separate room between hallway and bathroom that is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

Cozy studio apartment near SUS Stavanger Universitetssykehus. 40 square meter apartment for rent, 25 minutes walk from Central Stavanger. The Apartment have 1 bedroom and the livingroom has a sofa bed .The bathroom is modern with a heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and a washing machin and dryer. Clean towels and bed linen. Wifi and cable TV is for free. Own kitchen with tools, etc. 2 min walking to grocery store, gas station and bus stop. Shopping mal Kilden is only a 10 min walk.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.
