The villa is located in a secure closed condominium, with large areas of Atlantic forest. São José beach is 5 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car; from the house you can hear the waves breaking on beach. Prainha beach is 15 minutes walk, 5 mins by car.

From here you have a special view of the sea and the sunrise. It is our closest chalet to the beach.
