Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

Listen to the waves in this renovated beach shack, just up the road from the Surf Club and patrolled beach. Fully air-conditioned with expansive rear deck and fenced back yard. House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater. Great for a quick weekend to relax or perfect for a good long family holiday..
