Quiet , comfy and close to the CBD. If you're coming to Brisbane to visit the CIty, QPAC or Southbank Parklands, then my place will suit you perfectly. Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.

Cheap studio accom near the city, and busway

Great little granny flat for short or long stays for two people comfortably it has a sofa bed so can house three but a little cramped , has aircon fridge coffee kettle microwave and a double bed plus a sofa bed if needed, the light switch with the x on it is the outside sensor light and it’s set so please leave alone , close to shops , restaurants pub and travel, if u are a first timer can u message first as i had a bad experience with my first guest

You will want to extend your stay as this is great value for this one bedroom unit with king bed . Located in a quiet and safe area 9km from Brisbane city. We have free street parking, easy walk to a major bus route offering 17 minutes to CBD for 50 cents. Easy access to the M1. The unit is under the main house. Renovated in 2024 it has quality soundproofing. The bedroom also has vibration damping that blocks almost all upstairs noise.

This unit is situated on the ground level of a 2-story house. The bedroom has a heating/cooling air-conditioning and a queen size bed. The kitchen has a portable induction cooktop and outside there is a bbq and outdoor dining facilities. The living room is large with a modern Smart TV. The hosts live upstairs with their 2 kids; toddlers. Please note, noise, especially from the kids does carry downstairs to the unit.
