Railway Estate is a lovely suburb that's walking distance to the QCB Stadium, less than 10 min drive to the city and extremely popular Strand area and restaurants. The entire Granny Flat is yours with private access, kitchen and living area, separate bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with rain shower and washing machine.

We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi.
