Looking up at the stars from a steaming hot shower, listening to the rhythmic footfall of 'Po' the possum as she takes her night walk or curling up on the sofa and relaxing. Perfectly located, private (with its own fenced gardens) and close to absolutely everything; town square, coffee shops, cosy pubs, & parks. If you feel like cooking up a storm, strolling to an intimate night out or hiking up the mountain for spectacular views, it's all here.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

The space is in the heart of town but has a secluded and tranquil feel. This architect designed home is light, spacious and open plan. There is a large deck with couches for relaxing in the garden, a large well equipped kitchen and a deep luxurious bath to soak in after a busy day of sight seeing . Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.

Apartment 109 is a fully self-contained apartment on Proudlove Parade by the Albany Foreshore. There's a view of the harbour and Entertainment Centre from the small bedroom windows. Please note the close proximity of the train line and therefore the potential for noise from occasional trains.
