Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

The Dragonfly's Nest

Enjoy this bush block and the nearby nature reserves, listen to the cockatoos amongst the gum trees or the odd duck on the dam. Fall asleep to the frog song and wake to the kookaburra calls. Take a torch out and look for the many possums and quendas amongst some of the old ruins. This charming getaway is close to the city but has the benefits of being in the bush. There is a picnic basket and rug available for your convenience. Note: There is some road noise at peak periods if windows open.

Unwind in our light-filled private guesthouse on a peaceful 5-acre bush property in Wandi. You’ll have the entire place to yourself with a private entry. Upstairs is a queen bedroom, comfy lounge and spacious bathroom. Downstairs is your own kitchen and dining area, with large outdoor patio & BBQ. Wake to birdsong, stroll the grounds our dog, say hi to the chickens, then relax. Easy self check-in, plenty of parking and fast Wi-Fi. Hosts are onsite in a separate house if you need anything.

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.
