The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

Nino is an awesome friendly host who tried to make sure I had a wonderful stay. I was a bit stressed out at the night of the stay, as I had a late check-in and extremely early check-out, but Nino made sure I did not have any trouble with getting in and out. The place is very cozy and the view is amazing. There is also a supermarket right on the other side of the street, so the location is incredible in any possible way. Thank you Nino for letting me stay at your place, even though my stay was very short I would choose to stay at your property whenever I have a chance to stay in Kutaisi:)

السكن رائع ونظيف جداً جداً وكما هو موجود بالصوره كان موجود بالحقيقه الماء دافئ والسكن دافئ وصاحب السكن سريع الاجابه وتم تلبية جميع احتياجاتنا والموقع قريب من التزلج والسنتر والبقالات والمطاعم اود ان اشكر صاحب السكن لسرعة استجابته لي عند وصولي كان الماء متجمد من شدة برودة الطقس وتم التواصل معاه عن طريق الواتساب وتم ارسال لي شخص محترم جداً وتم وضع انبوب ماء ساخن وتم اعادة لي الماء بسرعه شكراً جزيلاً لكم سوف اكرر العوده للسكن مره اخرى في نفس اخرى .

The building and the surroundings where the apartment is located are very modern comparing to other areas of Tbilisi city The apartment is exactly as it is on the pictures and matches the description. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The host is very responsive and friendly. There are very nice shops, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, etc nearby

Мы с семьёй были счастливы провести выходные здесь. Уютный домик с душой и сердцем. Невероятно красивый вид из окон и со двора. Погода нам досталась дождливая, так что 2 дня из 3х мы не ходили гулять. Но в домике было так хорошо, что скучно не было. Мы смотрели кино, пили вино, играли в шахматы, наблюдали за тем, как облака садятся на верхушки гор. Сын был в восторге от двухэтажной кровати, рыбок, любопытной кошки и ласковой и дружелюбной собаки, живущей на территории. Семья хозяев - заботливые и внимательные люди, вдохнувшие тепло в каждый уголок дома. Нам очень понравилось гостить там. Спасибо!

This place stole our hearts 💕 perfect location for escaping noisy cities and crowded places! The views of mountains are mesmerizing 🏔️ we were lucky to catch some snow, and see some breathtaking snowy tops of the mountains right from our windows 😍😍 (sadly I can’t attach some photos here 🥹) the cabin was clean and equipped with all necessary things, you could even make some tea or coffee ☕️ which was a perfect match to chilly weather ❄️ Givi is a very friendly host, he provided us with all necessary information and answered all questions quickly ☺️ if to stay in Kazbegi then only at The Gergeti Trio ❤️❄️ because the place looks like Pinterest, has wonderful views and close to Gergeti Trinity Church trail ⛰️ and comparing to many other places in Stepantsminda which are just cramped in one area and blocking each other The Gergeti Trio is located in the lap of nature with a spacious yard and splendid landscapes 🌲🗻

Si vous avez la chance de louez cet appartement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Un mot: Génial. Un vrai coup de foudre pour moi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner. L'espace est parfait pour un couple. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Marchands de fruits et légumes, pains et boulangerie, sentiers de randonnées. La station de metro Rustaveli est a 10 min a pied. Petit conseil, l'appart se situe dans un endroit très pentu. Il faut être un minimum en forme, ou on le devient.

What a beautiful place!! The photos do not do justice to this place. Serene, peaceful, beautiful! We went in April 2025! Even though the skiing season was coming to an end, we had a lovely time staying at this place. Ana was super helpful and communicative. The apartment was neat, with a functional kitchen and hot water, electricity, and wifi 24X7. Center of town in a 5 min drive where you can get most of what you need.

Мы остались в полном восторге от этого опыта! С самого начала коммуникация была просто на высшем уровне — хозяева отвечали на сообщения практически моментально, что очень порадовало. Любой вопрос решался быстро и доброжелательно, чувствовалась настоящая забота о гостях. Особую благодарность хочется выразить за помощь при поиске дома. Мы немного запутались поначалу, но хозяева оперативно вышли на связь, подробно объяснили маршрут и дали точные ориентиры. Благодаря этому мы легко и без стресса добрались до места. Сам дом оказался даже лучше, чем ожидали. Все полностью соответствовало фотографиям и описанию — чисто, уютно, очень стильно оформлено. Видно, что о доме заботятся и продумывают всё до мелочей. Удобства, техника, постельное белье — всё было на высоте. Однозначно рекомендуем это жилье и с радостью вернемся сюда снова!

الشقه جميله جداً نظافة المكان ممتازه والماء دافئ رغم برودة الجو وموقع الشقه جميل قريب من السنتر ومن مجمع جالري وقريب من سوبر ماركت ومطعم ايراني ومطعم تركي ومطعم هندي ومحل شهير بالايس كريم ويبعد عن شارع مرجان شويلي 4 كيلو متر 10 دقائق بالسياره بسبب الزحمه المروريه وكانت صاحبة الشقه متعاونه للغايه تم التواصل معها قبل الوصول بيوم بتشغيل التدفئه والماء الساخن وبالفعل تم التجاوب ملاحظه : الشقه تقع بالدور الثاني ويوجد اصنصير ولكن لايعمل . لم تكن مشكله امامي لكن للعلم فقط

Tamar's place is new and very clean. House has alot of space inside and out. From the balcony there is views of the mountains. We found a very nice hiking area near by within walking distance. We will definitely visit Tamar's place during our next stay in Bakuriani.

I stayed here for 30 days and it is near Metro station which is a big plus point. The place was surrounded by quiet atmosphere and host was very helpful, specially her father. According to my budget it was a great place to stay here.
