The bedroom area can sleep up to 4 people . The bedroom area has one king size bed and a sofa bed (see images). Bathroom is down stairs , down the corridor off the kitchen.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, recently converted old bullpen. Offering spacious self catering accommodation in a quiet location only 10 minutes drive from Newquay beaches and town, with local country walks on the doorstep and National Trust’s Trerice within walking distance. The property offers a large outdoor area, complete with wood fired hot tub, fire pit area, BBQ and seating. Please note you will need to bring your own logs, kindling and firelighters.
