Lightful and refurbished house in Normandy, Perche

Travel and discover the lovely village of Malétable, which is located in the heart of the Perche, at less than 3h40 from Calais ! Old XIXth century longere, redesign in 1920, and totally refurbished in 2020. West exposure, very lightful living rooms (sun till 10PM in the summer). You'll discover the masterful tower, also renovated, in the center of the village, and you may enjoy the splendid views on the famous Perche hills from the more than 2.5 acres garden, with orchard and closed pond.
