The facility to which we invite you is a newly opened, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly onto the forest.

The houses are open all year round with heating, fully equipped We are located in a quiet picturesque village 300m from the lake. We provide a barbecue, a place for a bonfire, game rooms - billiards, ping-pong, foosball (room not heated). 4 mountain bikes, a water bike Hot tub with jacuzzi function - fee of 150 PLN/hour + 50 PLN/each subsequent hour A good starting point for: Mikołajki - 20 km Mrągowo - 14 km Canoeing Krutyń - 15 km

Prażmowo wooden cottages

Welcome to the newly built wooden cottages in the village of Prażmowo, on the Giżycko-Mikołajki route. The cottages are designed for a maximum of 6 people. They have 3 bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom (towels, hairdryers), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a smart TV. Outside, there is a barbecue and a play area (children's playhouses, trampoline, sandpit, swimming pool, volleyball court). The beach with a jetty is 50 meters from the cottages. A water bike and two large pontoons are available to guests.

Anna's Summer House by the Mokre Lake

The house is located in a quiet area by the forest, 260 m from Lake Mokre, which is a "zone of silence". The summer house has a kitchenette with full equipment for 8+ people. There is a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge, a electric coocer and oven. In the attic there is a small toilet and a washbasin with a mirror. The area around the house is over 3000 m2 with parking spaces. There is a covered, double hammock with a mosquito net, 3 deckchairs, a table and benches on the terrace.

We invite you to one of 6 comfortable homes we built in a 2-hectare private park on Lake Tałty, 5 km from Mikołajki. The home features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a TV, and heating. Panoramic windows and large, covered terraces allow you to enjoy stunning views of the park. On the terrace, you'll find patio furniture, loungers, and a barbecue. A well-maintained park including a pond with an island and waterfall, hammocks, and a playground.

You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

We have 2 cottages for rent. The Krutynia River is 30 meters from the cottages (swimming is possible) Each cottage has a bathroom (shower + sink + toilet), a general room with beds, a kitchenette (induction hob, microwave) with a table. By default, you can rent for 4 people, but there is an extra bed +70 PLN. Renting cottages for more than 4 people (maximum 6) requires consultation with us by writing a message.
