On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette (large refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker), and a bathroom. Free parking, barbecues, a separate fire pit, bicycles and attractions for children (trampoline, sandbox, playground, etc.) are available. The cottage is located 1700 m from the sea in a quiet part of Pogorzelica (about 15 min walk, 3 min by car).
