Come and enjoy nature, mountains, rivers and waterfalls and stay in comfort and convenience, in a very cozy house. The little house accommodates 1 couple. It is 650 meters, a 10-minute walk, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects the village to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. It has plenty of greenery around it, with a garden, plants and trees.

This house has the great advantage of being in the center and at the same time inserted in nature. The practicality of being in the center with the tranquility and silence of nature is what defines this house. You walk 5 minutes on level ground (without any hills) and arrive at the main restaurants, markets, agencies and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very quiet and as the house faces a forest, we have a lot of birds here. Walk to "Ribeirão do Meio," one of Lençóis' main attractions.
