It can be used as two separate residences with a retractable mezzanine door. There is a vegetable garden and fruit trees in the garden. It is 90 minutes from Istanbul and 25 minutes from Bursa.

1903 Mudanya Evi

Mudanya’nın kalbinde yer alan bu tarihi ev, geçmişe tutkulu olanlar için özenle ve sevgiyle dekore edilmiştir. 1903 yılında, o dönemde Mudanya Ortodoks Kilisesi’nde görev yapan papaz tarafından inşa edilen ev (bugün Ugur Mumcu Kültür Merkezi – eve birkaç dakikalık mesafede), 2007 yılında restore edilmiş ve inşa edildiği orijinal formunu korumuştur. Evde hâlâ orijinal unsurlar bulunmaktadır: iç merdivenin bir kısmı, bazı pencere ve kapılar. Ev Anıtlar Kurulu’nun koruması altındadır.
