Holiday rentals in Mudgee

This was one our best family holidays. The property offered our young family privacy and space for the kids to run around and play while having all the comforts. Must book for anyone

Strikes 1 is a stunning property in an equally stunning location. Justin was proactive in his communication and provided great recommendations in town. If booking a taxi make sure to call about an hour before needing it.

A beautifully appointed spacious and private apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Jen has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Loved the JVC speakers with the disco lights that I could blue tooth into for my own playlists. Will definitely stay there when we return to Mudgee.

We would highly recommend Craig’s beautiful home, when we arrived Craig was there and was so welcoming in explaining all to us. The house is just beautiful with everything you need, absolutely spotless with all the extra touches including breakfast cereals, tea/coffee, bread etc available for us to use, having use of the swimming pool and outdoor area was just wonderful for our Irish family to use, we will most certainly be back when we come to Mudgee again. Thank you again Craig.

This was our second time staying at Nics Cabin. We were so thrilled with our first stay we promised we would come back and as expected it did not disappoint. This cabin feels like a home away from home!

We came to River Ranch (a family of five, the kids aged 4, 7, 9). From the moment we arrived we felt the magic of this place. So peaceful and simply beautiful. The house is gorgeous, all so comfy, each room with its own little touches; the kitchen great to use too. We felt miles away from civilisation, exactly what we wanted. We loved eating by the fire pit and watching those incredible sunsets. Private access to the river was a dream. We all loved cooling off there and fishing too. We truly fell in love with this place and were lucky to have a full week here. We will be back.

I couldn’t recommend Claire and Josh’s beautiful home enough! The house was pristine, the linens were fresh, the location is fantastic as it’s walking distance to the centre of Mudgee whilst also being on a quiet street and their hospitality was impeccable. The house has a great air conditioning throughout all the rooms so the house remained cool during the hot days. Claire and Josh were very thoughtful and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. To anyone visiting Mudgee, we couldn’t recommend this property enough!

Just a couple of Ks outside Mudgee on a hillside nestled in and around the local outstanding wineries. Very comfortable and added to our enjoyable stay in Mudgee.

We were two families which included 4 kids, all under 10 years of age came for the long weekend, driving down from Sydney. I was initially doubtful if the hideout on the hill would be ideal for families with small kids. But it all changed when we drew up the hil...! What a stunning place! A rustic feel but amazingly cozy! Remote but close to everything! Alone but surrounded by a lot of animal life. We could listen to the cows and sheep from the next hill. Sitting outside every night was bliss, gazing at the stars…. spotting Venus, Mars, and Jupiter… The house itself was lovely, the fairy lights in each room made it feel special. The small bridge with a clear stream flowing beneath all adds up to the beauty. Driving past the orchard, the steep ascent on a rocky gravel path was fun. The kids loved the adventure, walking down to the bridge and sprawling the grasslands that surround them. I am sure, we will be back again in winter. Thanks, Janene for being such a wonderful host.
