Townhome holiday rentals in Mueang Chiang Rai

Elton and Jin are very responsive and quick to resolve the issue for us. We had some technical issue with one of the aircon units and its summer so thats no joke. Jin responded from our first call and attempted to resolve asap through the phone however, the problem doesn't seem to go away. Elton appeared at our doorstep within minutes after we've finished our call with Jin and after assessing the situation, gave us another unit to move in while he takes up the issue with the technician. Overall we were impressed by the actions from the owners.

This is my second time staying at this property. This time were 7 of us, but the property was listed for 6. They were kind of to accommodate the extra person with a slightly more price which was well within our budget. They even offered to add an extra mattress. Just like last time, it was like staying at the comfort of my house. All my friends commended me for selecting this property. They loved it as well. It was especially useful to have a good working Kitchen, because most of my friends are vegetarians and they needed to prepare their own food. We also got to use the washing machine, as we were there for Songkran and had to wash and dry our wet clothes. It is just the most perfect place for group of friends or family to stay. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody visiting Chiang Rai. Bonus note - All my friends were using all the showers and hair dryer all at once, and the power tripped. This was kind of late at night. We sent a chat and owner came right away to fix it for us.

Logement parfait, mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Très spacieux, sur 3 étages. Tout était propre! Nous avons profité de la piscine, nous étions seuls à chaque fois. Très agréable séjour chez Elton et Jin.

A fantastic modern apartment in a secure residential community. The apartment is on 3 floors, and so there is loads of space. There are dedicated work spaces and the wifi is super fast. Oodles of hot water with a great high pressure shower. In fact each bedroom has its own en-suite shower, so if you were staying here with a group of people, or as a family, there would be no queuing for the bathroom! It is quiet neighbourhood, so easy to get a peaceful nights sleep. The gym and pool are an added bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as 7-11 and similar supermarkets to stock up on essentials.

We loved staying here! The amenities were great and just as cute as photos! In a very cute neighborhood! Would come again:)

The place was clean and so peaceful and it had a great view of white temple. Highly recommend it!
