She was an exceptional host, always quick to respond, with clear communication and straightforward instructions. Mr. Lin's house as a whole was exactly as described, and all the facilities were as described, clean and tidy, I went out and forgot to get Mr. Carlin and rushed back to help me open the door right away.I haven't met such a good homeowner in a long time, especially the TV is very big, and all the gadgets used are very good, I will definitely stay at Mr. Lin's house next time I have the opportunity.

It is one room in a large condominium. My family of four stayed in late August. The nearest station is Wong Sawang on the MRT Purple Line.It seems to be within walking distance, but it's a short walk.There are facilities around the station with Big C and restaurants. I couldn't find a supermarket or convenience store near the inn. There was a mini-mart on the first floor of the condo, and they sold sweets, instant noodles, etc.Also, there was a kitchen car in front of the entrance, and I bought coffee and Thai food.I don't know if it's coming every day or not. It is a large condominium a little away from the station, unlike an inn in the city or near the station, so it is not close to anything, but it was not particularly inconvenient to help me with the convenience of Grab. We are a little far from the station, so the location is 4 stars. The condo has a pool that we used on our last day.As others have reviewed, the room is surrounded by rooms, so they seem to be careful when they are noisy. I was careful not to make loud noises with my two children, and there was nothing to be uncomfortable about.It was comfortable with a well cleaned pool.

Wonderful place to stay in bangkok. It’s a hidden gem. There is a tops store downstairs to grab quick bites or drinks. I stayed here for 8 nights doing staycation. Mostly i will roam around the city in the eve. There is a metro station nearby. Also, mostly you will get grab/bolt with in no time (max 4 to 5 mins). Don’t miss out to check Owl market nearby, great place to explore local food and budget shopping.

This is the best accommodation I've stayed in. It looks much better than in the photos and I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door. The decor gives it a real homely touch and I honestly didn't want to leave. It's very close to a station, and if you don't want to walk the 5 minutes to the station, there is a shuttle bus that stops outside the accommodation every 3 minutes or so. Underneath the complex you'll find every shop/ coffee shop/ supermarket/ dry cleaners,/ hair dressers/ Massage shops you'll ever need. infact you don't need to l leave the complex at all!!! I had the best thai massage there that I've ever had( and I've had quite a few) There is a a night market near around the corner and plenty of street food stalls. There is also a Korean supermarket right by the station. I wish I didn't have to leave a review so that this place can be available for me whenever I come back, but Axe has done such a good job of making it feel like home.

Away from the hectic roads in central BKK, it's a quieter, more peaceful location. The only downside is that it's a distance from central BKK but you're right by the public train systems. If you don't mind travelling an hour to get to the central areas, you're golden! Lot's of local street food less than 5 minutes away. The accomodation was clean! The facilities were reasonable too.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

I had a great stay here and felt right at home immediately. Communication with Mintie was excellent and a few small issues with the kitchen after checking in were handled quickly and thoroughly. I like to cook and saw that there was no stove. Mintie's dad brought a little electric burner to me within a couple hours of my arrival. The superhost status is well deserved! The bedroom is cozy but has some good storage space. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has a great walk-in shower. The other reviews are accurate - this is a great condo/apartment. The building staff are friendly and kind. There is a little restaurant next to the building entrance called Tree House. Highly recommended! I will mention that the area surrounding the condo is a weird mix of industrial, commercial and residential. The driveway is off a very busy street and the sidewalks in both direction are fairly narrow. The Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT is about 8 minutes walk and Owl Market is 12 to 15 minutes away.
