North View Barn

Nord Vue Barn is conveniently situated in the Lakeland village of Penruddock, which benefits from very easy access to the M6. The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

Garden Flat, Ullswater: Fabulous views and reviews

Stunning views of Ullswater... Very special... Perfect... Well equipped... Spotless and clean... Fantastic host... No picture of our panoramic view can really do justice to The Garden Flat. But we hope those words from our most recent reviews do. The flat is in an elevated 19th century former hunting lodge. The Ullswater Way walking route is at the end of the drive. Down the hill is the Brackenrigg Inn, with its own microbrewery, and Another Place, with lake swimming and spa facilities.

The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.

Recently renovated the cottage has a traditional, cosy feel with great views across the valley. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, a separate dining area, and a sitting area with WiFi, TV and DVD. One bedroon with double bed and en-suite wetroom with walk in shower.
