Holiday rentals with a patio in Municipality of Gostivar

Simon’s place was lovely and we enjoyed our stay! The views from the apartment and balcony are just gorgeous! Simon was kind and tried to make our stay wonderful. Simon supplied us with some water bottles, spices etc. We are 77 &65 yrs old and we were without a car. We walked into the Main Square which was around 3 miles and would take a taxi back. The price varied even when we used Google Translate, told the driver what we paid the day before and he shook his head yes. When we arrived he said 700 and I said you agreed to 365… was going to give him 400 anyway. He said 500 and I said no and he took the 400. All that being said staying at Simon’s was wonderful, only wished we had a car! BE KIND AND PASS IT ON!

Very nice apartment, clean and modern with close proximity to the city centre. Definitely worth it.

Einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-In. Mishko war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Bei Fragen stand er immer gerne zur Verfügung. Tolle Gegend, um Skopje kennenzulernen und sehr einfach zu erreichen. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach Klasse und unkompliziert, also perfekt für einen Urlaub.

Ev merkeze oldukça yakın, tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Giriş çıkışla ilgili hiç problem yaşamadık. Breg'le iletişim konaklama öncesi ve süresince sorunsuz ilerledi. Bebekli aileler ve arkadaş grupları için yeterli büyüklük ve düzeni olan evde çok rahat edersiniz. Kesinlikle öneririm🙂

Tekrar gelirsem aynı yeri tercih ederim. Evimde gibi hissettim. Balkondan sağa baktığımda dağları ve çanı görüyordum, sola baktığımda heykelli meydanı görüyordum. Muhit ve ev çok güvenli çok huzurluydu. Daha merkez bir daire zor bulunur. Nuriman hanım girişi o kadar güzel tarif etti ki airbnbde ilk deneyimim olsa da çok kolay buldum. Hanımefendi de çok sıcak kanlı ve yardımcıydı.

Mila's place is perfect both for short and long stays. It's extremely comfortable, clean, tidy and very well equipped for any kind of preferences. Kitchen is fully equipped both for actual cooking or preparing only small meals, plus there was coffee/tea and sugar provided, plus cooking oil. Moreover, ironing equipment is there, making it as practical as possible, while being as welcoming as possible. Communicating with Mila is super easy and friendly. She is highly responsive and available for any questions or requests.

We really enjoyed our time at this house in Skopje. The fact it was a quiet street with 3 minutes walk to Saraj Hugh Park was great for us and the kids. The apprtment is really well bright with sun and large windows. The kitchen is great for cooking and the underfloor heating was a real joy. Thanks!

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Very cozy place with a great view to the mountain, a lot of space for a group dinner and comfortable beds. The sofas are perfect for relaxing after a long hike :) The owners are very friendly and the communication is easy.

Arabayla merkeze 15 dk lık bir mesafedeydi. Ama yakınında büyük bir avm vardı. Yeri bulması kolaydı.

Super séjour ! Marija et son conjoint ont été très flexible sur notre arrivée et très accueillant. Les installations extérieures sont très fonctionnelles et agréables à utiliser. L’intérieur est rudimentaire mais tout l’essentiel est là. La clim est un vrai plus ! L’environnement est plutôt calme et paisible. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Everything went well, I recommend this place. Special thanks to the owner for the office chair and excellent internet, it was very comfortable for me to work 😅

I had a wonderful stay at Fleta's Apartment in Skopje! The place was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Fleta was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Skopje!

I had a fantastic stay at Vasko's place, friendly, responsive and all around great host. Apartment was clean and very close to a number of restaurants and literally around the corner from a well stocked grocery store. About a 30 minute walk into all the attractions of the city center as well. Definetly recommend a short or long stay with Vasko! Thanks again!

Het appartement was top! Heel wat voorzieningen aanwezig: koffie, doucheproducten, en zelfs een kabeltje om iets op te laden. De ligging was voor ons ideaal: op wandelafstand van de stad en met de auto vlot alle richtingen uit. Het enige minpuntje (waar de eigenaars uiteraard niets aan kunnen doen) was de geluidsomgeving 's nachts: een blaffende hond voor de deur, om 5u ’s ochtends het oproepgebed vanuit verschillende moskeeën, en soms hoorde ik in de gang rond 3u nog dichtslaande deuren en luid pratende mensen. Als lichte slaper vond ik dit jammer, maar voor anderen is dit misschien minder storend.

You might think, "It’s just an accommodation, how extraordinary could it be?" But from the moment we opened the door, we knew this place was different. We were greeted by the soft embrace of a beautiful scent and the soothing sound of relaxing music, blending seamlessly with the breathtaking scenery outside. It felt like stepping into a dream — peaceful, warm, and full of life. Every detail in the house was carefully thought out: everything was clean, of high quality, and simply made us feel at home. We found joy in every corner during our stay. And our hosts — what wonderful people! Their care and kindness went far beyond what we could have expected. Even though all instructions were already thoughtfully provided on the Airbnb page, they still offered us helpful tips and warm guidance, lifting the experience to a whole new level. I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.
