This is a recently restored historic property located within the heart of the UNESCO quarter of Sighişoara. The flat is very spacious (110 sq meters) and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is brand new (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer, washing machine). Dispune de un pat matrimonial și de o saltea de două persoane în galerie.

Garsonieră linistită, dotată cu toate cele necesare chiar si pentru o perioadă mai lungă de ședere.Locuința se afla la 10 minute pe jos de UMF, 15 minute pe jos de Spitalul județean si 5 minute de Spitalul vechi foarte aproape de căminele studențești si de cetatea medievală.
