It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

Sports and recreational infrastructure is also nearby if you are planning a family or sporting trip.
