Il Mirtino is a small and welcoming one bedroom apartment on the first floor in the center of the Myrsine Residence in Murta Maria. It’s about 10 minutes from Olbia airport and the port. The main services such as bars, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, laundry and pharmacy are also reachable on foot. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach of Marina Maria and in a few minutes by car you will find wonderful beaches such as Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu, La Cinta.

Comfortable two-room apartment with veranda overlooking the Gulf of Porto Istana and the islands of Tavolara and Molara. The house is set in a large 2000 sqm garden with a private tennis court. The interior consists of a small double bedroom and a living room with kitchen where there is a sofa/single bed. There is ALSO an outdoor shower with hot water. The three beautiful beaches of Porto Istana are within walking distance via a private road in 2 minutes.
