In probably the most luxurious rentable chalet in the Lachtal, at 1,600 meters above sea level, your dream vacation will come true. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out in winter! We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Ferienhaus Kargl is situated in the uspoilt mountain village of Gaal. Enjoy the views over the village, farmsteads and the mountains beyond in our lovingly furnished house and gardens. From the local swimming lake, tennis and beach-volley ball courts to scenic walks, bike-trails and the local ski-piste (with childrens’ ski courses, night-skiing and toboganning on offer), there is something for everyone! There are plenty of family-run Gasthäuser and ‘mountain huts’ to recommend in the area.

Our fantastic Chalet Sonnenschein is located in the middle of the small village of Hohentauern at 1275 meters above sea level and is a perfect starting point for winter activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing and skiing tours. It has a Schibox, 2 parking spaces and covered house access from the carport. In the house we offer a spacious living room with dining area, a sun-drenched conservatory and a very well equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!

Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
