Beautiful and cozy accomodation in the best area of Barranco, only steps from el Malecon, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. You will enjoy a quiet stay since the flat is facing an interior patio. I am renting my apartment, which I have furnished personally considering every detail for the most comfortable stay. The apartment has water filters in the kitchen and shower, high-speed internet, exercise equipment and an antique secretaire that functions as the most inspiring workstation.

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

Duplex Dehli en LA QUINTA DE BARRANCO (nr1)

LA QUINTA DE RARANCO is a 6 duplex complex, each with a particular style. Duplex 1 is a mini casita with an oriental style, with decorations from my trips to India. It has a kitchenette climb, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. It has a beautiful canyon-style window with street views. La Quinta has a quiet terrace for community use, with tables for coffee and taking in the atmosphere. The laundry room with washer and dryer is for community use.

We have been walking and enjoying Barranco (and Lima) for 30 years and have created this space with all our love. A space designed for curious travelers who value rest after an immersion in a city like Lima and rest to wake up with the birds singing. We are a few meters from a gastronomic hub (Central, Mérito, etc.), cafes, designer shops, and museums.

An old house that is over 100 years old, completely restored, located on the Malecon Castilla, with the best views of Lima Bay, in the heart of Barranco's monumental area, next to the Bridge of Sighs and a few meters from the Osma Museum and the Mario Testino Museum (Mate). The most renowned restaurants in the Peruvian food district are nearby, along with a wide range of bars, cafes, and nightlife.
