This completely newly built guest house is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and grill is available, as well as a berth for boats that do not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low water 2 m). In the house of 32 sqm there are: - Kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove and utensils - Bedroom with two beds of 80 cm - Living room in combination with the kitchen with a sofa and a bed chair - Bathroom with shower and toilet

60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to the house by the sea. The 40-square-meter house offers all amenities. Such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, A/C TV, etc. One bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed. Walking distance to swimming and nature. Furnished balcony. To Stenungsund's center with shops and restaurants, it takes about 10 minutes by car. Excellent location for day trips such as Gothenburg, Smögen, Tjörn, Orust, etc. The cottage is connected to the main building. Bed linens are included in the final price, Pets are not allowed.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There is also a playground nearby. There are 1 adult and 2 children's bikes, and a few helmets. Bed linen is not included.
