Для гостей доступна велика територія з виходом до лісу, будиночок для діток, а за окрему плату - сауна, та купель з джакузі на дровах . Хатинка знаходиться на вершині гори висотою 850 метрів, поруч із селом Мариничі. Шлях на гору складає близько трьох кілометрів, через ліс та полонину. Можливість піднятися на гору лишень пішки, продукти та інші речі до хатинки вивозить кінь, в супроводі з гідом. За потреби можливо залишити авто на стоянці під горою. Для опалення і приготування їжі використовується піч на дровах. Всі перелічені послуги входять у вартість проживання.
