Very nice and spacious apartment, everything is clean and tidy. Pleasant hosts, quick communication. I forgot my hair dryer, called and returned it.

It's recommended! Kirill's host is a wonderful person, always available, ready to help at any time! We stayed in the apartment for 1.5 months (end of July - mid-September). This apartment is light, cozy, pleasant. Everything you need is there. Linens and towels are snow-white. The apartment is located in a multi-storey building. The house is guarded. Nearby are Tavria and Kopeika, Novaya Post Office, 2 pharmacies, a currency exchange. The Beach is a 7-minute walk. The beach is one of the best in Odessa. We are happy with this choice and recommend it.

Beautiful, clean apartment with great location. Located in a gated community with kids playground and lot of space to walk. This place was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very comfortable beds. Enough space to sleep 4 people. 2 grocery stores within 5 min walking distance. farmers market nearby. Beach is located within 10-15 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and nice. All questions/problems were resolved within an hour. I will recommend staying in this wonderful place.

It was so great to stay at Roman’s flat in Arcadia. The best thing is abiut the flat is the location which locate in the heart of the Arcadia. So its so easy to go back home by foot after party in Ibiza or other Arcadia beach clubs. Flat is at the top floor with the seaview terrace. Its totally new furnished with 3 bedrooms but 2 of the bedrooms have no window. Anyways all the rooms have its own aircondition. Kitchen has all the things you need. There 2 bathrooms and one of them has a shower cabin. So thats all, have a good time in Odessa :)

Clean tiny and minimal house for couples or single travelers. Nice backyard with a grill.

Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Very refreshed with the stay. Everything matches the description and photo. The house is a real cottage by the sea. The setting is simple but pleasant. Everything you need for your stay, cooking, is available. Good for staying in the warmer months. The main thing is the beautiful location right by the sea, with the opportunity to leave the yard right to the beach and, after swimming, return. The beach is small, but there are not many people there, so there is enough space for everyone. Hosts are very nice, always happy to be in contact. The entrance to the host part of the house is on the side, periodically they are there, but this does not interfere with privacy.

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Convenient location of the cabin and the wonderful host. I really liked everything, especially the interior and the setting of the house. When we are back in Odessa, we will definitely stay here again.

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

everything is super. nice house, beautiful area near it. the only disadvantage for us was that the gas boiler was constantly excluded. but the tenants reacted quickly and tried to help with the boiler.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright with a balcony. With a gorgeous sea view. The main beach clubs and disco of Ibiza and Itaka are 7-8 minutes by foot. Pavel is a very responsible owner, he sent detailed instructions with a photo of how to get there. It turned out to be possible to make a late check-out without additional payment. When needed, he quickly got in touch and gave good advice. I liked everything!

I enjoyed my time in this apparent. I love the cleanness, WiFi, amenities in general and Maksym was friendly. I will come back for sure. It is super close to Arcadia restaurants and bars. I really recommend this apartment.

I would recommend this place to stay. Fast communication with the host and everything described in the listing was in the apartment. A low floor and a parking space were important to us. Having an extra set of linens and plenty of towels No minuses
