Only 1 hour from Oslo, 40 minutes from Gardermoen. Great for year-round use, with fantastic cross-country skiing trails, as well as fishing lakes and woodland areas with hiking trails. The cabin is suitable for those who want to go skiing, gather the family, have a home office or simply get away from everyday life and enjoy the silence. There are many hiking opportunities, on skis, by bike or on foot. Here there are good hunting and fishing opportunities for those who want it. In winter, you have a large selection of well-prepared ski slopes (just take a look at the iMarka app) in close proximity to the cabin. Great opportunities for those who want to be active and/or for those who want to enjoy the tranquility in and around the cabin.

Paddle, fish, pick berries and mushrooms – hikes, ski trips or bike rides in beautiful nature and gently undulating terrain. Peaks such as Pershusfjellet, Svarttjernshøgda, Helgehaugen and Kolleren are easily accessible. Perfect for both jogging and relaxation. Short distance to cultural experiences such as Kistefos Museum, Hadeland Glassverk and Røykenvika.

— ABOUT THE CABIN — We were inspired by The Thief in Oslo. It took two years to build. The result is Tyven — an 80 sqm boutique cabin with a large window overlooking Mjøsa — Norway's largest lake — from the kitchen. Featured in National Geographic Traveller. Private jacuzzi, two full bathrooms, and peace and privacy in Mjøsa's natural surroundings. Kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor — living room and two bedrooms on the lower floor. Well thought out down to the last detail, 30 minutes from Gardermoen.

Hiking terrain and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity (ski slopes to Nordmarka, or drive 10 min to Mylla) - Includes living/dining room, new IKEA kitchen (with induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer), bathroom with combustion toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

Our country house is easy to reach by the main road between Bergen and Oslo. Only one hour drive from Oslo and from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

Great, large, newly renovated cabin at Mylla

We love being at Mylla! Everything is renovated recently, except the bathroom upstairs (downstairs is). The cabin is well equipped. 5 bedrooms, 11 (12) excellent beds. Very nice view over the Mylla lake, 200 meters away. Large garden / plot. Other things nice to know - Short way from Oslo Airport (45 min) & Oslo (60 min) - Very Silent - Eldorado for cross-country skiing - Fishing water (ice) / row boat - grocery stores 15 min away - Bed linen, towels, cleaning included - Drive in

The WonderINN Mirrored Glass Cabin

Norway's first mirror cabin, edge of the Øyeren delta - 25 min from Oslo, but removed from it in every way that matters. Mirrored glass reflects sky, trees, water until it disappears; floor-to-ceiling glass inside, private jacuzzi on the terrace. Entirely private - no shared facilities, no neighbours.
