This is a private rental inn with a Japanese atmosphere, located in a quiet neighborhood that once flourished as a luxury residential area. The single-story 3LDK (about 90 m²) is a spacious space facing a Japanese garden and can accommodate up to 9 people. The pride of the place is the rock bath with natural hot springs. If you relax in a bathtub surrounded by natural stone, it's like being in a hidden hot spring inn. At night, the illuminated garden creates a fantastic atmosphere. The Japanese-style room has a veranda and a fluffy futon. We also recommend enjoying tea while looking out at the Japanese garden from the wooden deck. In the morning, the birds chirp, in the afternoon, the quiet heals you, and in the evening, you are wrapped in hot steam and your heart is relaxed. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic facilities such as a rice cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so there are no daily inconveniences. It is also a convenient location as a base for sightseeing, and access to major spots is also good. Parking is available for 1 regular car and 1 small car. It is close to the◆ Meishin Expressway and the Osaka East Exit, making it a perfect base for travel not only within Mie Prefecture, but also to Shiga, Nara, Aichi, and Kyoto. There are few places available at night, but you can enjoy dinner at some places if you book in advance. There is a supermarket (9 am-9 pm) and a convenience store (24 hours)◆ nearby, as well as a private store (open only during the day), making it very convenient. Welcome to Villa "miraku" Nagashima It is located south of National Route 23 and is a quiet residential area adjacent to a former luxury villa area. 　It is a 2-story, 4LDK renovated single-family home with 2 parking spaces and 2 toilets, ideal for up to 10 people, groups, and families. 　It is conveniently located 2 minutes on foot to the convenience store, 3 minutes on foot from the bus stop that goes directly to Nagoya Station, 5 minutes by car to Nagashima Resort Parking Lot, and 4 minutes by car to Nagashima, a hot spring bath house. ■ Site and building 　Facing the road in two directions, north and south, the south side is a 165㎡ (about 50 tsubo) site with rice fields, good sunlight and good ventilation. 　The building is a wooden two-story building of 105 m² (31 tsubo) and is spacious. 　The entrance has a spacious opening to welcome guests. 　The living room has a single-board center table made of monkey pod wood with the beauty of the contrast of black and white, a product sofa, and lighting that expresses water, creating a mysterious space. 　When you go up the stairs, you can see the entrance hall below and the western-style room overlooks Nagashima Resort's Steel Dragon 2000.

You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport.
