From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area, it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with a good selection of goods and a restaurant.

The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room.
