If you do not inform us by email or phone after 9:00 PM, we will automatically cancel your check-in without refund or notice. 3. Check-out time: before 11:00 AM. If you exceed the check-out time, you will be charged NT$300 per half hour. If you exceed the check-out time by more than 15 minutes, it will be counted as a half hour. 4. Pets are not allowed in the view rooms. We apologise for any inconvenience. 5. If you do not inform us that you are bringing a pet when booking, and we find that you have brought a pet upon your arrival, we can change your room if a pet room is available on that day, with no refund for the difference in price.
